Once you have added all your children please click REGISTER at the bottom of the registration page. NEXT check your email as confirmation that the registration went through.
*Your child MUST be between the ages of 5 and 11 by the time of VBS on August 4th.
Please be sure all information (such as birth date and age) is entered truthfully and accurately.
Falsifying such information will result in a cancellation of your registration.
Children must be at least 5 years old and not more than 11 by 8/4/2026.
For our guests please list any WGBC children your child may know. If possible (ages, language, and other factors apply), we will do our best to place them accordingly.
Our Just As I Am Special Needs Ministry manages the Special Needs section of our VBS. If your child is Special Needs and you would please click the check box and our Just As I Am Ministry will contact you for more information.
Special Needs children are pre-registered through our Just as I am Program.
During the VBS program, photography and video may be taken for the sole purpose of creating on-line updates for parents and church staff, and to create VBS or NGM promotional material for future church events. No photography or video will be sold or used for commercial use, and will only be used as described here in this paragraph.
I, the legal parent/guardian listed above, hereby authorize the participation of the above-named child in activities at Word of Grace Bible Church (WGBC).
In consideration of WGBC providing these activities, I, on behalf of myself and the other parents and guardians of the minor, do hereby release WGBC, its employees and members of the Board of Elders from all claims and causes of action by reason of any injury which may be sustained as a result of these church activities, whether on the church premises or on the way to or from these activities.
I agree to direct my child to cooperate and to conform with directions and instructions of personnel of the organization in charge of these activities.
I, the legal parent/guardian listed above, hereby give permission to have my child, the minor listed above, photographed/filmed for the lawful purpose associated with the VBS program.
